floating seal ring is also called mechanical face seal, life time seal, duo cone seal, seal group, and heavy duty seal. It is one set with two metal rings and two rubber rings.
1, We have two producing process, one is forge steel, another one is cast
2, The diameter is from 50-1000mm
3. The rigidity is 58-62HRC for forge and HRC60-68 for cast
4. The life span is 5000 hours for forge process and 8000 hours for cast process
5, Our seals can be made according to your OEM and your drawing.
6, Our product has 18 months warranty period.
